Women Entrepreneurs Tend to Be More Professional
Women entrepreneurs have shown their
movement in the economic development of Indonesia.The minister of Cooperatives and SMEs
Sharif Hasan told a group of women entrepreneurs are proactive in improving the
welfare at least in their family.
“Women Entrepreneurs is a group of active
women who have dared to take the initiative in economic development in order to
improve the welfare of the family,” said Sharif at the Young Entrepreneur and
Independent Young Technopreneur 2014 in Senayan, Wednesday( 15/01/2014 ).
Moreover, Sharif said that women
entrepreneurs tend to be more professional.
“Women entrepreneurs are more responsible
and professional in managing finances,” he said .Sharif said the government and
banks have supported women entrepreneurs by providing financing access. Such
access is expected to provide an opportunity for women entrepreneurs to develop
their business.

Emancipation of women has assumed a proactive against all groups ,
ranging from the world economy , especially the political world and everything
that is usually done by men can be done by the women as well .This positive
progress in the world of professional women in private companies is that women
will be the pride of his own for himself , and it is also becoming increasing
well-being for the family . Women entrepreneurs tend to be more thorough and
detailed in this case because it is instinct of women to be meticulously neat
orderly funds for everything.
But not everything is easy to do for a woman , because in addition to
being responsible for the company but more important is taking care of their
home life and their own responsibility that being a mother.
In terms of negatives are many children
who lack his mother's love for her less time to divide his time and focus
directed towards the company . It also is a problem because if income is
greater than the woman's husband will feel humiliated and it is this which
sometimes becomes reason for the divorce .
